Representative Experience

  • Vopak Terminal in its refinancing of a S$225 million SORA sustainability-linked term and revolving credit facilities and up to S$200 million accordion facility, and hedging arrangements under these credit facilities.
  • New Hope in a US$100 million syndicated loan arranged and advanced by a syndicate of international banks.
  • New Hope in a US$60 million loan comprising A and MCPP loans granted by International Finance Corporation to support its investment in Asia.
  • Chinese Bank in an AU$600 million acquisition financing transaction to Luye Medical Group on its acquisition of Australia’s Healthe Care.
  • Chinese Bank in the purchase of up to US$970 million loan portfolio from its Korean branch and other banks.
  • European Bank in the enforceabiliy of a pledge instrument granted in favour of the bank to secure credit facility granted to a commodity trading company.
  • Visenze in a venture debt facility provided by InnoVen Capital.
  • Singapore Bank in relation to a £30 million term loan facility granted to a UK borrower for the development of a property supported by security granted by Lum Chang.
