Kang Ren serves as a Legal Manager at Blackletter. As the backbone of our legal practice, he works behind the scenes to support the team across various legal areas, such as derivative transactions, financial regulation, and private client matters. Prior to stepping into his current role, Kang Ren was an intellectual property lawyer at one of Malaysia’s largest law firms.

An avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor, Kang Ren seamlessly transitions from navigating complex transactions in the workplace to mastering the art of grappling in his spare time.
